Rashidi Boucher has had an excellent season in the Barbados Cricket Association's 3 day competition, hitting a century in his final game to help his club, Spartan, to share the league title.  He has been offered a one year contract by the BCA and incuded in Barbados' four day and Twenty20 squads.
 
Over in Zimbabwe, former Sefton players are leading the way with the bat.  Paul Horton has moved to the top of the batting averages in the first class Logan Cup having hit 209 in Matebeleland Tusker's most recent game.  His average is currently 104.4.  At the same time, Brendan Taylor is averaging 91 for his side, Mid West Rhinos; the third highest average in the competition, with a high score of 185.
