Skipper Alex Woods hit 153 for his 3rd XI Sunday Premier League side in their home match against South Liverpool.
Alex shared an opening partnership of 227 with Neil Lester (47) allowing Sefton to declare on 256-2 off 43 overs.
It is thought that Alex's innings is the 11th highest individual score in Sefton's history while the partnership is the fourth highest.
Frustratingly South Liverpool held on for the draw as they finished on 182-7 off 40 overs. Navi Singh took 3-25.

In the 3rd XI Sunday Division Two, Ronan Brady's side travelled to Fleetwood Hesketh where they were bowled out for 94. Josemon Vincent top scored with 43 but the hosts chased the target for the loss of no wickets.
Sefton Park Women's 1st XI hosted Hightown St Mary's who won the toss and elected to bat. They reached 149-9 off their 30 overs with Sefton's women reaching the target in the 26th over thanks to Caitlin Summers (51 ret no), Emma Watson (40no) and Apoorva Aji (34).
On an incredibly busy day for the club, which also hosted an Under 11s Girls Softball tournament in the morning, there was a win for the Sefton Park U11s Greens over Old Xaverians and a defeat for the U13s in their ECB U13 National Club Championship Semi Final at Didsbury. The U9s also played in a tournament at Wavertree.
