Sefton Park Women stay top of the Lancashire Women's 40 Over League with a commanding win over Hightown St Mary's.
Lucy Brooks (5-22) and Abbie Wright (4-17) changed the game as their introduction saw the hosts slip from 49-1 to 88 all out. Lorna Harper (18) and Apoorva Aji (33*) then put on 49 for Sefton's first wicket before Sarah Colloty's unbeaten 24 saw the visitors home.

Rain ruined the two Sunday XI games. Alex Woods' side had posted 201-6d against Ainsdale
with Jack Clements (82) and Venu Sivasubramaniam (53*) the top scorers. The hosts were 16-1 when the heavens opened.
Ronan Brady's men had St Helens Town 107-5 in the 40th over when the game was abandoned. Matt Darbon (2-16) was the pick of the bowlers.
Earlier in the day Sefton U11 Red beat Wavertree.
