Monday 22nd July - Cricket legend Merv Hughes visits Sefton!

A genuine cricketing legend visited Croxteth Drive on Sunday when former Australian fast bowler Merv Hughes brought his WattleSpriggs touring side to play a Sefton Park invitational XI. Sefton won by seven wickets with highlights fittingly coming from three Australians as Noah Olejniczak, Marcus Miller and Chris McArthur all scored half-centuries.
