The First XI travelled to play a Caldy side who had beaten them earlier in the season.

Sefton won the toss and decided to bat first. Chris Bellis (27) and James Stirling (11) put on 24 for the first wicket but that proved to be the story of the innings with no big partnerships and batters making a start. Daniel Kelly scored 26 and Huzaifa Zubair came in at 98 for 5 and was 43 not out as Sefton were dismissed for 170 in 56 overs.

In reply, Caldy put on 69 for the first wicket, lost the second at 95 but lost no more as they passed the Sefton total in 42.3 overs.

The Second XI welcomed Southport and Birkdale to Sefton Park. The visitors won the toss and elected to bat

The early batters scored quickly but soon lost wickets, Chris Mitchell took 5 for 38 and Dave Kelly 3 for 16 to dismiss them for 78 in 35.1 overs.

What looked an easy total proved anything but. However, Sefton reached 59 for 5 and 68 for 6 with Sam Parkinson scoring 27 but when he was out on 72 for 7, the remaining three wickets fell on that total so Sefton were 72 all out in 30.3 overs.

The Third XI played Merseyside Sports and Cultural on the Lower Ground. Sefton won the toss and decided to field first. Opening bowlers Ronan Brady (2 for 30) and Faisal Malikzai (4 for 74) soon had them in trouble but they recovered from 53 for 6 to 149 for 7 and then be all out for 168 in 36.1 overs. Their batsman Kartik Daley scored 82 not out.

In Sefton's reply Prajesh Shukla scored 26 and Rajiv Bhardwaj 32 but they were dismissed for 101 in 40,4 overs
