Sunday 28th July - Big win for Alex Woods' Sunday XI

Just one game on the Sunday with a 3rd XI Premier League clash at Croxteth Drive against Ainsdale.

Half-centuries for Harry Wright (71no) and Jack Clements (64) were the highlight with 25 from skipper Alex Woods allowing Sefton to declare on 191-6 off 39 overs.

In reply, Ainsdale were skittled for 85 with Billy Gartside claiming 3-4 off his five overs. Sefton now sit seventh in the table, 15 points above the relegation zone.
