The First Xi game at home to Rainhill, the Third XI game at home to Merseyside Sports and Cultural and the away game at Liverpool were all called off early. No league game for the Fourths.

The effect of the rain carried over into Sunday where Paul Stirling's Sunday XI's game at Merseyside Commonwealth Conference was called off.
