The First XI travelled to Wigan to play Spring View. They won the toss and decided to field first.
The home side batted steadily with a top stand of 88 for the fifth wicket and declared on 222 for 8 after 54 overs. Dave Kelly took 3 for 37, Leo Spilsbury 3 for 42 and Paul Horton 2 for 52.
In reply, Sefton's inning never really got going with Scott Aitchison (12), Rob Supria (13) and Pete Ostler (15) being the only players to reach double figures. and it was left to Dave Kelly (not out) and Ayon Madhu (0 not out) to bat out the last few overs to draw the game.
The Second XI welcomed Southport and Birkdale to Sefton Park. The visitors won the toss and decided to field.
After losing both openers with the score on 24, Paul Morris (34) and Sam Parkinson (who went on to make 88 not out) put on 64 for the third wicket and this was followed by an undefeated stand of 119 between Sam Parkinson and Asif Saeed (60 not out) as Sefton were able to declare on 207 for 3 in 49 overs.
In reply, Southport also found batting fairly easy and after reaching 68 for 3 were able to pass the Sefton total without losing another wicket in the 36th over.
Sefton's already weakened bowling attack lost Mithun Jain to illness after he had bowled 7 overs and had taken a wicket. Ronan Brady and Chris Mitchell took the other wickets.

Northern Thirds were the Third XI's opponents on the Lower Ground
Sefton Batted first and declared on 180 for 9 in 43 overs with new boy Mahesh Krishmanoothy scoring 63 and Dan Shakeel 22.
Northern were able to pass the Sefton total with 4 wickets down in 42 overs with Pete Elliott taking 2 for 47

The Fourth XI were away to Alder's Thirds. Sefton won the toss and asked Alder to bat first. They went on to declare on 164 for 8 in 45 overs. Ahmad Zia took 3 for 14 and Tom Summers 2 for 31.
In reply, Sefton were dismissed for 55 in 30.3 overs with Rob Kennedy top scoring with 13.
