Things didn't stat well losing a wicket first ball and the second wicket with 7 on the board but three fifties from Ben Percival (53), Paul Horton (59) and Matt Young (55) enabled them to declare on 208 for 8 in the 60th over.
In reply, a stand of 39 for the second wicket was the home side's best effort and they were dismissed for 117 in 35 overs.

A draw was important here as it keeps the Thirds in third place within 11 points of their opponents who top the table.
Highlight of the day came in the Fourth XI's game against Wavertree's Fourths as a star was born on the Lower Ground.
Sefton batted first and were able to declare on 240 for 7 in 42 overs mainly thanks to an excellent hundred from teenager Ibrahim Muhammed (112). He was well assisted by Louis Probert (36 not out) and Adam Ahmed (24 not out).
Wavertree's reply was also remarkable as Ibrahim Muhammed took 4 for 0 and his brother Abdul Muhammed 4 for 15 to leave Wavertree at one time on 7 for 7 in 4 overs before they recovered to reach 97 all out in a memorable win for Jo Lebury's side.
