The First XI travelled to Colwyn Bay without a few of the regular players.
The home side won the toss and decided to field first.
A stand of 33 for the second wicket between Chris Bellis (24) and Noah Olejniczak set them on their way. Then followed 28 for the third wicket between Noah (33) and Paul Horton followed by 28 again for the fourth wicket as James Stirling (13) supported Paul Horton..
From the score of 93 for 4, only Paul Horton scored significant runs and when he was out for 36 as the ninth wicket, Sefton were 115 for 9. Another run was added and they were all out for 116 in 51.2 overs.
In reply Colwyn Bay put on 59 for the second wicket to give them a good start. At 73 for 4, there was a little hope for Sefton but no more wickets were lost as they passed the visitor's total in the 33rd over. Jimmy Dixon finished with 2 for 34 and Tom Spilsbury 2 for 28
After 15 games, the First XI remain in fifth place in the table.
The Second XI welcomed Northern to Sefton Park in a battle between the second and third placed teams.
Northern won the toss and elected to bat first. They made slow progress at first scoring a little over two runs an over but a stand of 99 for the fifth wicket enabled them to speed up and they were eventually able to declare on 170 for 6 in 45 overs.
In reply, Sefton looked the likely winners after after Kaash Patel scored 33 in 30 balls Pete Ostler 42 and Scott Aitchison 24 took the score to 100 for 3 but after that the innings crumbled, despite the efforts of Rah Bhardwaj (23 not out) to hold it together. They were eventually all out ten runs short, scoring 160 in 36.2 overs.
In the league table, Sefton remain in third place as Northern move to the top spot.

The one win of the day went to the Third XI who entertained Wallasey's Thirds on the Lower Ground
The visitors won the toss and decided to field first.
James Daniels made an excellent 39 to set them on their way. Paul Morris supported with 24 and Andy Fallows added 20 as they went on to declare on 180 for 9 in 45 overs.
Wallasey made a solid start to their reply but did not push on and were eventually bowled out for 107 in 35.4 overs. Faisa Malikzai took 5 for 44 and Robin Brown 2 for 4

The Fourth XI played South Liverpool at Northern's ground. Sefton won the toss and decided to field
Sefton's bowlers suffered an assault from the word go. The home side's first wicket did not fall until the score reached 204 in 20 overs. They eventually declared on 280 for 3 in 27.5 overs.
In reply Sefton were dismissed for 70 in 26 overs with Scott Hawkes, again, being top scorer with 20
